Terrible company. If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. I leased an apartment with them for 8 weeks in 2019. I paid for the total lease in advance, cleaned the apartment thoroughly before moving out, turned in my keys, and asked for any final charges, which I paid on the spot ($268.43). Now, four years later, they sent me to collections for what they claim are unpaid charges related to the lights and water, BUT, they refused to send me documentation of the charges. AND I only happened to discover the notice when I ran a credit report-- I was never sent a bill or called by anyone. Absolutely ridiculous.

I never post reviews but had to here. First of all, the people who work here are the most rude people I have ever met. Do not have a care in the world for anyone but themselves. Second off, Don’t ever sign with them. Leased a house that was given to us in terrible condition: door wouldn’t shut, floor was peeling off, 2x4 holding up the floorboards where they clearly fixed recently. After this was brought up and never taken care of, they charge us for all the existing damages from when we moved in; which was a fortune. Worst company ever.

WORST PLACE I EVER LIVED! They are ALWAYS overcharging for things and take forever to fix ANYTHING!!! You better check your water bill monthly...or you WILL be over paying! They also won't tell me a manager to talk too...so I have no help!!!!
