I had a horrible experience dealing with CAG. I attempted to use them to find a commercial space, which they were not able to do after more than a year of looking. Another broker found us a space that worked within weeks. Despite that, I then still gave them the opportunity to list the space I had available for lease and after months of "trying" they were not able to find a suitable lessee.
Not only did they fail to execute any transaction on my behalf, but they demanded a commission payment and threatened to sue me and waste my time and money if I did not pay them. Pure and simple extortion. I would not recommend this company to anyone doing anything in Commercial Real Estate.
