While our stay, also three weeks in October 2022, in a similar house in Bullhead City without any problems and almost 1500 US dollars cheaper, this year's stay in this property described at FeWo/VRBO was "AMAZING Pool home with outdoor kitchen, firepit, and waterfall..." Anything but astonishing. Although we paid the rent $6,186.05 punctually in advance, the house was not as described or pictured.

In the living room there was only a gray cheap couch instead of a leather set and in the garden only 2 deck chairs! Communication with the realtor-agency Michele Dowty & Clay Merrigan (Bullhead City) was very difficult! There was a poor thin folder, but apart from information about all prohibited actions (the highlight was the threat of having to pay a fine of 500 US dollars if you smoked in the house), it only contained the Internet access ID.

There were no operating instructions for opening the garage door (from the inside as well as from the outside), handling the garden gas grill, which was very dirty by the way, handling the gas-powered firepit, using the waterfall, using the air conditioning system in the house, using the smart TV in the living area, using the TV in the master bedroom.
And so on, and so on!
Other problems: the water pipe for plant irrigation was broken several times and for 2 days we had no air conditioning because it had not been maintained for years. With this provider, who also pushed us for a 5-star rating, never again!
