I'm really fed up with this company. They are always requesting "repairs" and draining the funds from your payout. Just now, I got an invoice for over $600 for a doorbell installation. $600! I went with this company from the great reviews here, but I'm convinced they were incentivized. Save yourself the grief and cash and go with a different management company. I won't be renewing our leasing agreement due the egregious spending.

As this was going to be the first home that I was going to be renting out, I was nervous, I had a lot of questions and concerns, Taylor and the team at Colorado Realty and Property took helped me through the whole process. They each reached out to me to firstly introduce themselves and continued to walk me through the renting process. They are a great team to work with for renting your house out, as well as renting a house. They’re response are quick and considerate, while giving you the freedom of not having to worry about your home, while still keeping you in the loop.

Taylor was the most prompt and conscientious individual we have had the pleasure of working with in the property management arena! Colorado Realty is lucky to have Taylor! I received all the information I requested quickly and Taylor was able to answer all of our questions around the services her company provides. The services for the costs seem reasonable, but customer service for both the Landlord and the Tenant are key. If this is any indication of their communication line, you can't go wrong with hiring Colorado Realty.

Working with Lorraine was amazing! She was prompt, diligent and thorough. She was professional and caring all while making sure we not only had an good experience but that we got everything in that we needed to so that the process was smooth.
