This company went above and beyond to get us into a home quickly when we needed it. While we stayed in our well maintained home, never once did we have any problems from our property managers. Always gave respect, and respect was always returned. I also received my full deposit back and I was in the home for a little less than a year. I always paid my bills and never once had any problems. Great service and I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a home. Thank you for everything you did for us!!!

It would be negative stars, if that was an option! I rented an apartment that had a very intrusive maintenance man. Towards the end of the lease, my roommate left a month early and I went on a trip for the weekend. I had spoken with the lady that leased the apartment to me about this as well as when I would be out. Upon returning the apartment was basically packed up and rummaged through. I first thought that someone had broke in. As I was there shaking from the sight, the maintenance man barged in. (Door was locked) No knocking or apologies just blaming me saying he had never seen me there and thought the apartment was vacant. Then asking if I was going to take the furniture? I had to repeatedly asked him to leave. I couldn't stay there after that and had over two weeks left. I asked that the rent be prorated for the time I could not be there. She told me she'd have to talk to the owners and get back with me. I called again with her responsed, she hadn't heard from them. Time after time she had an excuse. No money back for the time I was scared to be there! She said the maintenance man was fired as if that would comfort me enough to be there.

Worst possible management company. Waited until we restored the hardwood floors and updated the electrical and many other updates to decide they don’t want us there anymore. Over heard him say we could easily get $*.** for that building as a full service salon. So we are out again. Heartless and greedy and lies to the owner of the building. Answers only what he wants to and focuses on the dumbest details. I knew there was going to be problems when I found out he was friends with former Florence city manager and attended meetings monthly and once the situation was exposed the harassment began. Steals money from owners and blames the tenant. Worst company ever wish there was negative stars or a half star. He deserves nothing but that’s not in my hands karma knows.
