My son and I came to view MAA Riverchase and met a sweet sweet young lady by the name of Katina. She was pleasant and very informative. We moved in on the 3rd of this month and we had been enjoying it but we started having issues with our heating/cooling unit. I expressed my concerns with management via email and phone and Rachel(Manager) was helpful in this matter. I'm a person that loves when people do what they say they are going to do and leave me with clarity and my last conversation with Rachel she assured me the issue would be taken care of and she would let me know in the process of what the game plan would be. She called me back with updates and gave me clarity and I truly appreciated that. Two of the maintenance men by the name of Jamey and Craig came out and they worked their butts off to solve the problem. Craig had to come out on Saturday and he was very very clear as to what he could and couldn't do until Monday and I was appreciative of that. So when both Craig and Jamey came they worked very very hard. After the work was done they told me everything they did so i would know. I'm proud to say the issue is no more and I'm hoping that it stays like that but I know if it doesn't I can call them and they will do their ultimate best to fix it. I'm a believer if you can complain you can also give thanks when a job was done well.

I've been the Mail carrier for this property for 6 years. Out of the 5 apartments I deliver to Colonial Grand is the best. The landscape is really nice. It's also very clean. The maintenance staff are always busy working on something. The office staff are very nice. Katina and KC always keep me informed on the move in and out which makes my job so much easier. I recommend Colonial Grand to people looking for a nice place.

MAA Riverchase is a wonderful Apartment community! I’ve been living here for alittle over a year and everyone from the office staff too the maintenance crew are always so kind and friendly! Brock, Jamey and Craig are the maintenance crew here and they always get my work orders done in a timely manner! I can not recommend this apartment community enough!

Excellent customer’s service from Rachel, Cody, and everybody in the team. I want to give a shout out to the maintenance team for being so efficient on solving any issues I have had in my apartment. Specially today 04/04 my AC was not cooling down and I had 74% humidity inside my place. I submitted a request and they promptly came and fix it. As someone who works from home having cool AC is a must specially after sitting for hours in my desk. Thank you very much for this amazing customer service. I am so happy living here. If you want to live in a friendly community, this is the place to be ! 👏👏
