I found collaborative property management when I got new owners at my old apartments, we where there 8 years and had to leave Jesse and russ where awsome in helping us get into the home we rent from them now. I absolutely love coming home now. They also fixed our leaking roof in a timely manner thanks collabortive.

Russ and Jessie are an absolute delight! In my years of renting as a tenant, I’ve never had such a wonderful experience. We’ve been tenants for about 8 months now, and we will remain their tenants for as long as we can. The owners of our rental are wonderful people, and they have an amazing team to manage the property so we are both happy. CPM are incredibly respectful of tenants privacy, not overbearing at all. Russ has such a great personality and made our walkthrough of the rental a great experience, all of his staff share the same hospitality and humor to give the whole business a very likeble personality! Should a problem ever occur, Russ and his team are on it immediately to solve the problem. Never have I experienced such swift problem solving! We have a place to make and call home thanks to them 💙

Despite filling out a pre screen with accuracy, Russ would not allow me to view a listing without sharing my exact credit score with him. He was discriminating - I’ve never had a property manager or landlord demand my credit score before I simply see the unit. I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not use this company!
