I called mr cole to have my carpet restretched. He had his son come and do the work. Not only did he not finish the job. He took a 3 hour break without saying anything. We didnt know if he was coming back or not. When i asked him how things were going. He snapped at me. I wont be using this comosny ever again

I would like to say how impressed I am with Cole's Carpet and their professionalism. I had carpet stretched in 3 separate rooms and the carpets look brand new. They took proper care of our furniture while moving it and paid attention to detail with the carpet stretch. Very thankful for them and their service. The cost was a great value and I would recommend them to anyone. If any other floor projects come up, I know who I'm going to call!!

If you have carpets that need to be stretched/repaired, I definitely recommend this company. They do an excellent job, they're professional, quiet and kind. They give you a quote up front and don't change it even if the job is harder than it looks due to the quality (or lack of) in the original installation. They even made small repairs to a room I wasn't having done. I'll get 4 or 5 more years of life out of my carpets thanks to them. And it's a huge $$$ saver if you're getting ready to sell.
