We are a local plumbing company and Craig Campbell (realtor) hired us to do some plumbing work on a house he was selling as the agent. He agreed to the prices upfront on a recorded line and gave us a card on file to charge when work was completed.
After running the card, it was denied. We have tried to reach out multiple times including contacting Caldwell Banker directly. This work was done back in October and still have not been paid.

Barbara Seward is wonderful. My husband and I moved from another state. And we sold our house quickly and we needed to find a job and a house in a matter of 30 days! So Thanksgiving weekend, Barbara, on short notice, scheduled the whole week of us finding a home. And she was able to find us our dream home. She is very well organized , Responds in a very quickly manner, and is A dependable person. I highly recommend her.

My personal experience with Coldwell Banker is profoundly base upon one Broker, Sandy Mosely who always thinks both outside the Box with her feet firmly planted in the Box, adhering to the letter of the law as well as the spirit. Can not say enough good things about. This organization,. Their Broker In Charge is able to handle so very many real estate agents (hundreds) in order to cover the vast distance that is Lake Murray as well as the burgeoning Irmo district - singularly noted for their Ocra Strut. Hats off to this team and their staff of professional, knowledgeable staff from the most efficient receptionist to the number One.

It has been festering inside so I finally have to let this out. I went to these people because they were approved through USAA to help me sell my home in Columbia. I let this office know everything upfront, and that myself and the buyer were veterans and he was using his VA loan to purchase the house. I explained numerous times, that together (the buyer and myself) want to come out of pocket as least as possible, knowing the va loan allows up to $0 down, and I knew there would be some costs associated as the seller. Now this agent took advantage of me and my kindness (don’t most of them...) and neglected to mention that the seller supposedly pays both commissions. Now this greedy individual took $9000 in commission which should have only been $4500. I’m a licensed agent in California and I’ve never heard of this being standard in real estate. None the less, I express my frustrations and concerns, and neither this agent or the broker did the right thing. They kept their money, took full advantage of me, and I even got this agent dual agency on the sale. I highly DO NOT recommend this agency. Integrity is everything as I was strung along until the day before closing and mailing in my documents over night. Shame on you for being greedy, sneaky, and unethical. You both know who you are.

PJ Tompkins has been the greatest realtor in the world, and might I add the most patient. I have been looking for a home for myself and my dog Jack. Since I work all week, PJ and my mom worked to find me the perfect home, and now I will be closing soon. Kudos to PJ for being so kind and patient, and answering all my questions during this process. Jack will be getting his yard soon, and I will give up the apartment life for good! Thank you PJ!!

They left trash in my entire neighborhoods mailboxes. If they're struggling that badly, clearly they don't do a good enough job.
