I was exceptionally pleased with the service of Francisco Ruiz. He was always proactive and diligent with his work. He made sure that in every step of the way we had guidance and explained everything to the T. A path to a new property can be stressful and tiring, however with his assistance I was able to get to my new home knowing that I was being professionally guided and always on the know. Francisco was indeed a wonderful realtor, and in our future endeavors he will be the one to get in touch with. My family (as well as my pets) are eternally grateful with him and he is highly recommended.

My experience with Coldwell Banker agents when they sold my home in Green Valley was very unpleasant throughout the process.
I found both the Realtor and her assistant rude, condesending, and more, and I can not recommend to anyone based on my personal experience

Really terrible experience with their agent, Laurel Caprio. At first, she seemed knowledgeable and fine. I was trying to be nice, so as a purchaser I dealt directly with her, who was the selling and listing agent for the property. I thought why use my own realtor and cut her commission in half. I was trying to be nice and thought I would get great service doing things this way. After most of the documents were signed, all of a sudden she told me she fell and hurt herself. But then right after that she was in Maui on vacation for weeks. She dropped the ball over and over towards the end prior to the closing. I never even received a final walk-through of the house prior to closing because she couldn't arrange for another agent in her office to even do that. I insisted on a walk through and so she said an agent would call me right after the closing, before the deed recorded, and we could do a walk through and she would meet me at the title company. I waited and waited and no one ever called or showed up! I also used the home inspector she chose, which was a huge mistake. He missed a huge amount of dry rotted siding, said the disposal was leaking but it was not, he missed a broken ceiling fan, a damaged interior wall and numerous other things. Even simple stuff like which mailbox went with the house and where the key to it might be she had no clue whatsoever. She told me I would need to go to the post office and inquire there. Be very careful dealing with this agency.

We used Alicia Hiller with Coldwell Banker Realty at Green Valley as our realtor when relocating to Arizona from out of state. Alicia went above and beyond her duties as the buyer’s agent. She single-handedly made sure that the purchase of our home stayed on track. Alicia was competent, meticulous, and thorough. Unfortunately, we ran into several issues due to the sellers and seller’s agent, but Alicia took control and handled the situations. Alicia worked tirelessly into the late nights and early mornings to make sure that she stayed on top of the issues, and that they were resolved before the closing of our home. Every step of the way Alicia kept us updated and fought for us. Alicia truly had our back and cared about our situation. If you want to work with someone who truly cares about you as an individual and will have your best interest at the forefront of all that she does when assisting with purchasing or selling your home, then choose Alicia Hiller as your realtor.

This is by far the worst reality company I have ever dealt with. I gave them one star because I couldn't rate them any lower. Don't deal with Jack Carter, feel he was deceitful and unprofessional. Wanted six month contract but was given a one year contract. Had to request a copy of contract before I knew it was somehow changed to one year. Sever lack of communication between us and Coldwell Banker and their agents. Jack said he always strives to make it to his closings, yet he wasn't anywhere to be found. Didn't even keep us informed as to closing date and time. Had to contact title company ourselves. Very poor business model for Coldwell Banker and their agents.
