What a joke of a business, I contacted Michael Saccoccio on about May 1st 2024 about 6770 Post Road for lease. I was then handed over to W Leonardo Tangui and scheduled a meeting to meet, I was blown off the first time and the second time I went to the office and I heard them saying I have a client he's in the waiting room I'm going to size him up. Wth!! Then I get told I'll get a call the following week after sitting for 8 minutes and he kept taking phone calls while I was in the office and here we are 3 weeks later and nothing. W Leonardo told me commercial and retail spaces are going fast and that's a lie because everyone's going out of business and theirs for lease signs everywhere literally. The last tenant at 6770 post road north kingstown was a printing company and they failed so Coldwell doesnt do a good job of picking tenants, I'm trying to open a thrift store which would thrive and the realtor is costing the property owner money every day. I hope the owner of 6770 post road sees this and what they hired. Yous could of had a tenant a long time ago. I would avoid Caldwell banker realtor at all cost they have no courtesy and don't look out for the best interest of property owners or business owmers. When you see my business explode else where I hope this is a reminder that discrimination and ignorance gets you no where. Enjoy.

I am a first-time home buyer and at the beginning of this process I felt in over my head. I was worried, stressed, scared, etc. My agent is Michael Saccoccio and I would highly recommend him to everyone. He has really gone above and beyond in all aspects of this process.

He sat my wife and I down early on and just put our minds at ease and answered all of our questions. We were very eager to buy and constantly were sending him and Donna listings to see and they were amazing and got everything set up for up quickly to meet our timeline.

Our 3rd offer in this process was accepted and since then Michael stepped it up even more. He was already amazing, not he is spectacular. He has made everything as easy as can be and taken the time to walk us through it all.

Michael took the time to update us no matter when I would email him or text him during the day or night, he was always quick to get back to me and put my mind at ease.

We close next week, and I just cannot say enough great things about Michael and Donna. I will 100% recommend to everyone I know and if I am ever in the Market to buy again, they will be my first choice.

John Chapski provided an extremely uncomfortable experience. He might provide better service on the buyer/seller end but as a rental agent he could use some work. I called to set up a showing for an apartment (in a more rural area) and he completely disregarded and dismissed my family. He provided 2 incorrect dates and times for showings then conveniently didn't answer or return my calls. Just wow, I know there is a housing crisis but after dealing with John, I was left feeling worthless. I DO NOT recommend.

I’ve been working as a real estate photographer for years so I completely understand how busy the schedule of an agent can be but there was no excuse to be treated like this. Do better, John

I had a bad experience with one of your realtor’s! Her name is Mia Colombo, She answered my phone call with an attitude, She said she would call back with a time to see a property and never called. I called back and left messages and she never responded! I’m in need of a good realtor and will not be doing business with Coldwell Banker!
