This company is a scam!

We reserved a house through VRBO that was sold completely incorrectly. I asked the agent if all the pictures were accurate to which he replied yes. One of the biggest issues was the house was sold as 7 bedrooms, come to find out it was actually 6 and the 7th was a kitchen with a futon in it. Some of the other issues we faced:

-Spa never worked (surprise surprise) and we were lied to about when it would be fixed. We were told a couple of days and during our 8 day trip, it never got fixed.
-There was no fire pit like the one in the picture.
-Beds were at least 20 years old.
-Blood stains on a comforter and a another bed sheet.

Many many more problems but the point is we paid $19k for the house and management did nothing. On top of it, he went behind my back and cancelled the VRBO reservation without me knowing it so there's no chance of writing a review there.

All you have to do is search the company name and look into the reviews, you'll see how horrific this company is to deal with. Crooks!!!!
