My wife and I had the privilege of getting to work with Brandon Dean. We moved from Texas and reached out months in advance and Brandon was extremely helpful and flexible with our needs. He not only showed houses and kept us informed like you’d expect realtors to do. He also was willing and able to go the extra mile to make sure everything is done correctly, following up with sellers and contractors to make sure things are done in a timely manner. Rolanda Rogers - if you want someone who understands and will look for EXACTLY what you want, and has the patience and dedication of a saint, she is the Realtor you want and need! She was on top of what we wanted, she put up with at least a hundred emails and texts from us, she patiently explained everything we asked and willing to meet us at any place we wanted to see with no complaints. She is adorably fun to talk to, she is a ball of energy and she wants you to be happy! She doesn’t disappear after a sale, either. She found us a wonderful mortgage broker when we hit a snafu that was able to get us in our dream house when ours couldn’t (or wouldn’t?). “Good quality” is not enough of a description for her, GREAT quality is more appropriate. We adore her and although we got our house, if we EVER consider purchasing again, she will be the one we call in a heartbeat and without a doubt. We did a VA loan. Wonderful, wonderful realtor! So happy we got her and you will too!

Do not work with anyone from this brokerage. If you see a listing from Coldwell Banker BEWARE! I worked with Coldwell Banker as they had an agent representing the seller and I was the buyer. There were 45 days from when we went under contract until the set closing date. The listing agent was unresponsive for multiple weeks prior to closing as my agent reached out via text, call, and email to check in on repair updates. There were many repairs that the seller signed and agreed to have fixed before closing. The lack of communication occurred right up until closing. Two days before closing I did my walk through with my agent to see that zero repairs were completed. My agent did not get a reply from the listing agent until I brought up that we would pursue legal action for failure to execute and breaching contract. We did not close on the agreed upon date and there were no warnings until the day before and no repairs were even attempted. Then all of a sudden the listing agent finally replied and reached out 24hrs before closing. The listing agent did not even unilaterally extend, which he could have for 8 days. Coldwell Banker acted as if none of this was a big deal. We have our entire house packed up, I am also active duty Army and had to take personal leave days on Friday and Monday to move our stuff, we have our Tennessee house prepped to be rented out which now is significantly delayed, the house we were ready to close on had a room ready to rent out to a friend that is at a course at Fort Benning but now that person has to find somewhere else, and I have to restart the house search and delay other actions we had planned. As we waited to hear back, the listing agent and brokerage did not respond to anything the entire weekend knowing we were in limbo and had no sense of urgency to try and make things right. Not only am I in the military but I also co-own a real estate company in Tennessee and buy/sell about 8 houses a month on average and my wife is a realtor so we have been through many situations but this was THE WORST experience we have dealt with regarding real estate. The listing agent, Jack Ross, needs serious retraining and to understand what a code of ethics even means. I will be reaching out to the Georgia Real Estate Commission to pursue further as he should not hold a real estate license. Doug Duncan, the broker my agent spoke with, is "leading" a brokerage that lacks integrity, professionalism and any form of ethical practices. Do not work with Coldwell Banker. You will regret it, you will be dismissed as a person, and they will lie to you.

I am staying with my fiance at his rental property in Phenix City,. We have been living at his house for a week without air conditioning and have changed our plans several times to accommodate repair. The property manager, Crystal, is uncommunicative and has not been able to repair the the unit. We have spent entire days waiting for service that never showed up and were not contacted either. We were not provided any sort of emergency services number and she does not respond to call or text so we have been in this house With temps over 80 degrees indoor. Very disappointed.

Ms. Annehanna Merritt is currently our real estate agent and she is doing a very good job. Shw made sure we are comfortable with price and location. Answered all of our questions and called us after every step of coming closer to closing on our first house. All of the staff In the office is super nice. They even remember you by name (sometimes) 🙂
