I was looking for a house in Eureka while living in LA. I found an agent (Lorenzo!) at Coldwell Banker who took the time "get me" and what I was looking for. And when I got to town to actually look at houses, he made sure I found the house that was right for me, and I put in an offer following his advice all the way. Our offer was flawless, while competitors' offers had issues. And I ended up with my dream house. During the inspection period and work period, while I was still in LA, Lorenzo handled everything locally, and things were shipshape when my moving truck arrived. I think that's as good as it gets.

I recommend Victoria most highly. She is efficient, professional, knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. Our was not a high value sale for sure. We also were not only sellers who moved out of town, we’d moved out of country. She was patient and willing to help whenever needed because we weren't there. Kalene DeMartini is a fantastic agent! She assisted me with a home purchase while I was in a mostly distant location and stayed on top of every step. She is a relatively new agent, but don’t let that worry you. She’s on top of the new laws related to real estate transactions and she handled everything very transparently and ethically. She worked with me under a non-exclusive agreement until we got to know each other, which I really appreciated. If I had a question she couldn’t answer she got right to work on it and resolved every issue quickly. She was very sensitive throughout the process and respectful of the seller and the seller’s agent, which was also important to me. She also had great local recommendations for the inspections and repairs. I’d give her more than five stars if I could - Highly recommend!

I recommend Lorenzo Herrera as a realtor!! He was such a great realtor! He always was reliable, responsive, and kind. As a first time homebuyer I was intimidated by the process and he always was happy to answer any questions I had (even when I asked the same ones over again).

I worked with him for a few years as I was looking on and off for a house. Each time after I took a break and started looking again, we would pick up right where we left off. He has exceptional customer service and many years of experience. He knows a lot about construction of houses too so he is able to give good advice on any building related questions. During the inspection period he was very thorough and present at every inspection which helped make it a stress free and smooth process.
