Attempted to work w Jason and Terry. They were referred to us by a realtor locally where we live. They both sounded incredibly interested, very on top of things! Listened, or so I thought to everything that was important, like communication, listing my property ASAP, etc. Both were exceptionally nice and very professional. They received the signed listing agreement on August 3. Today is Aug 21. There is still nothing listed, except for the MLS, which I told Terry last week, I wanted it on the MLS by Thursday of last week, which she did, albeit, kind of a curt/rude email letting me know it had been done. They've continued to give excuses as to why it's not listed, which is due to their marketing not being completed. Called Jason today. Needles to say, he wasn't as friendly and outgoing as he was the first time we spoke. My perception was he didn't really care one way or the other. I just told him to send a listing cancelation. Being referred, you'd think someone would be grateful for the referral. I should have pulled up their reviews first. I was extremely implicit about my expectations with regard to getting the property listed like NOW! If there was gonna be a delay of 2 1/2 weeks or more, you would think they would have mentioned that, especially when I told them both that honesty and communication was the most important issues for me. Excuse, excuse, excuse. Super disappointing! Word of caution to anyone using a smooth talking realtor, especially when they do most the talking, keep looking and do your research. Could save you some frustration and disappointment!

Would not recommend any property owner use Coldwell Banker. Never fixed a sink hole properly, but did laugh when I asked if they would fix and remove the sign, which is still in the parking spot one year later. That read Stay Off! I was told I could park there. The date of this post is 6/12/19. They we're relieved as managers in May. Waste of resources. Manager your own affairs property owners.

By far the worst real estate office I have dealt with. the Agent Cecilia Elizarraz is very unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. The house when we rented it was filthy, dirty bathrooms, and everything, check out the pics. I contacted her manager because i did not want to deal with her anymore, but her manager Ashley did not have the decency to return our message. When I called today to get the corporate number, they gave us the run around and transferred us to a dead extension. I will keep trying to reach the corporate office to complain about the actions of this office, but in the mean time, I feel I should warn others what they will be in for.
