In 1993 I was the owner of the business and the real estate the company operated. The building was large and in a declining area. The business failed, leaving me with an expensive commercial mortgage and few options to pay it. Art Barry realizing the devasting financial impact this would have on me, found a buyer at the 11th hour and sold the EMPTY real estate. This may have saved me from bankruptcy. Art also went on to sell another building for me in 2012 and 2017. In 2017 sale he advised me on owner financing, which I still enjoy payments today. I would recommend Art, nobody will work harder, and you get his 30-40 years of experience along with his one of a kind attitude.

Are you considering renting, or even buying from these guys? Thomas Rhodes in particular? Save yourself the headache!
I've lived at one of the rentals that they "manage" and am presently protesting paying my rent, as I have an ongoing pest problem that is so much deeper than roaches.
I have BIRDS that fly in and out of the roof ALL day, EVERY day. Squirrels going in and out of my roof as they please. The birds have taken up nest! My windows are sealed shut! My property maintenance gets thrown to the wayside, and heaven help you if you do finally get your stuff fixed! Because the people that Thomas hires to come take care of your property will bring their girlfriends, or their foul attitudes with them, and be rude the entire time they are "repairing" things, when in reality, they're breaking it further, or removing amenities from your apartment that were there before you moved in, because someone is too lazy to fix it!
An inspection from the city only angers landlords that want to take your money but not maintain their properties.
