We recently closed on a residential real estate transaction with investor Dan Parisi and are very glad we did!

Dan was a pleasure to work with. He was expedient in his evaluation of my elderly cousin’s home for sale and made us a very fair and reasonable offer which we readily accepted. He was very professional and made it very easy for us to accomplish a quick close, “as-is” sale for a home built in 1965 but was in serious need of updating.

I wanted to move closer to my family and I had a clear checklist of how I wanted my home to go.
First I wanted a fair price. I needed the money to move forward. Dan offered me all that I wanted. Next I needed the deal to be followed through on and the promises and timeline kept. Dan met the time line to the day. And everything went as promised. Also I did not want to deal with the mess and repair issues. The house sale had to be an “as is” sale. That was very important to me. I did not want to deal with any of it. When the house closed, I walked out the door with a big mess behind me and did not have a care in the world, Dan took care of it.

They took great photos and drone video to show home buyers in the area what I loved about the property. The house is in Colfax in the sierra foothills near Sacramento.
