Most amazing management ever. We were in so much trouble in the beginning we dint know how to setup georgia power… dint have American bank account because we were international students. Malory, Bethany and Jonathan helped us out. They were like our guardian angels. Apart from that the apartment was really clean and well maintained. Management had really good in solving any issue as soon as possible for them. Cant really ask for anything more they are the best.

The worst property management company we’ve ever dealt with. We have a retail space on Broughton St and anytime we’ve reached out regarding building repairs, nobody is available to help. We’ve had countless issues with the AC, electricity and leaks in our space and nobody gets back to us. Jonathon stood us up twice already when he was supposed to meet us to talk about the issues and when we’ve gone to the office, nobody is there. We’ve been reaching out for a month trying to get a leak repaired and they’ve took zero initiative to get this repaired.

I have been using Coastline Management for years and have had such an amazing experience. Jonathon, Malory, and Bethany are always quick to respond with any questions and are so professional and personable. I highly recommend using them to manage your property!

I am a current renter with coastline and I can only speak for my experience. Due to I've read bad reviews. But everyone experience is different. I absolutely love my property they have for my family an I. An is affordable. Love the maintenance an how they stay on top of their properties. Whether its in home or outside, grass is always well kept and home is pressure wash. In safe communities. I love how they all greet with a smile when I come to drop off payments. I love their communication for Mr Jonathan and Bethany are always staying in touch with me. They are understanding which is hard to find during these tough times of covid. They are willing to work with you as long as you show the effort. An I am truly thankful for them. I wouldn't know what I would do without them. So if your looking for any rentals with space an we'll kept, with people who are professional I recommend coastline. I've stayed an looked elsewhere an all 3 bedrooms are way too high compared to what I pay to live comfortably.- Michelle Hall

Rented a 3BR/2BA house in Windsor which was amazing and in a great spot for an awesome price. Fast forward to moving out, we all move out. It's been nearly 3 months and I have yet to receive a deposit back, a letter, a phone call, nothing. Yet I see expense recovery charges and bills on the account showing that the deposit was used to repair/replace damages? What was damaged? Where's the itemized invoice of repairs that warrant the charges?

I have yet to receive ANY form of communication aside from "We have 30 days to refund your deposit at the end of your lease." The lease ended 12/27, the last communication I got was an email from the front desk saying I had a package returned but nothing about the deposit nor "damages." We are being charged for.

Rented for over a decade, first time I moved out of somewhere that didn't have some sort of final inspection/walk through or at least an EMAIL stating some sort of explanation as to what's going on. I'll update this review accurately in regards of the outcome.

This has been a terrible experience. The tenet they placed in my home is five months behind and they’re doing nothing to move the eviction process forward. It’s beyond infuriating. I have to ask weekly for information and only one employee is responsive. And she is unfortunately not the one who can do anything for me. That would be Jonathan Haley. The dude is in over his head with being in charge of this business. I’d be surprised if he can tie his shoes without help. If you want your property managed properly then avoid this company like Jonathan avoid an honest days work. I had to be the one to study the CDC’s statement on evictions and I found where they can be evicted. Jonathan knows that it can be done now (somehow he didn’t before?) and still nothing is happening!

Do not do business with this company if you value competence.

Had a terrible experience trying to rent a property here in Sav. Local business owner myself, but hard to understand the lack of professionalism of Coastline.

I went to a view a property and the realtor did not show up. Owner was kind enough to show the property anyway. Asked to move forward for the asking price with Jonathan Haley, and was told would line it up, but they would like to rent to a short term lease before a year long lease could be signed. Called daily to follow up and also sent emails over the course of 2 weeks. No one is there to answer the phone at the business, or follow up on emails. I was then called and told they leased it to someone else after continuing to attempt to follow up.

Its a competitive market, use someone else if you get the chance.
