I reached out to Kim several times via email and text asking her to if she would be willing to remove the review below of my company. No response was received after several attempts. My company never met or did business with Kim Turner of Dacula. Why would Kim go out of their way to hurt a small business like this?

Apparently it all centered around not liking to pay a fee for an expert to come out to her house and use 25 years experience and knowledge as a certified pond contractor (one of only 6 in the entire state of GA). Apparently she was looking for a company to figure out the problem for her for free. Maybe she realized this project wasn’t something she wanted to take on at that time, totally understandable.

As a courtesy, we extended an offer to come out for free since there seemed to be some confusion on how our paid leak diagnostics service (not an estimate) works. She agreed on a specific time and day for the appointment, but was not home. She sent me a text saying she was not home, “getting new tires put on”.

I invite you to read our response to her review and copied email from her and come to your own conclusion if this is someone to do business with.

Hello Kim,

We do charge a fee for an experienced certified pond contractor to come to your house for a complete leak assessment to discover the problem, it's not a estimate. We also emailed you a link with steps on how to narrow down and discover a pond leak. These steps are helpful to those that want to try and find it themselves to save some money. In these steps, it talks about the information that we need prior to coming out for a paid leak assessment to figure out the exact cause of the leak.

From your email below, it didn't sound like you were interested in spending $150 in a assessment or any money on the repair, so we did not follow up with you beyond the email that you sent us.

After we received your email on December 2nd, what else where you hoping to hear from us?

Thank you for following up, that rarely happens anymore, it’s really sad. That said, I have to be honest and say that I have way too many projects going on at my house to consider being charged a fee for an estimate. I’ve been renovating a home I purchased almost 2 yrs ago inside and out, so spending $150 for an assessment plus the amount to fix the problem really isn’t economically beneficial for me at this time.

UPDATE: We offered to send an expert to her house for free to determine the cause of the leak, for the earlier confusion on our pricing. She accepted the offer, reconfirmed over email and then was not at the house at the time of the meeting after we sent a staff to the Dacula area to meet her at her home. After numerous attempts to reach her at the time of the appointment, she replied via text that she was at a tire shop getting new tires on her car.
