My husband and I hired Sue Edwards to manage our property here in Savannah. She did for 4 years. We came back to Savannah in September, 2023 and with a walk through we were totally astounded to say the least. Filth throughout, mold which had to be remediated, destroyed carpeting, 3 destroyed bathrooms (which had to be gutted down to the studs, huge holes in the walls, unplugged smoke detectors, not to mention the HVAC throughout the condo was completely clogged. The Stanley Steamer Co. told us that we were lucky that it didn’t burn down. We emailed a letter to the renters through Ms Edwards for $15,000 to renovate the tenant’s destruction. To date, we have heard NOTHING. We tried to hire lawyers except that not one of them would call us back because the 1 tenant was a City government official.

Yea Ms Sue is a very nice person and so forth. But I stayed in a rental property of hers and was denied my security deposit because she claim the home was nasty which was a lie. So, once I threatened her about getting a lawyer involved she offer to only give me half my deposit back. I went through flooding of my apartment the very first month in there, mold that’s set in my bedroom the whole year I was there constant problems with toilets there, air conditioner and so forth. Yes , she responded and mostly got things resolved but then tried to blame me for her property problems. As I far as I’m concerned no one had leave there in years

Ms. Sue was very helpful with move in and all throughout the course of my stay at her rental. It wasn't until move out that I realized how this company is a nightmare to deal with. I recently opted not to renew my lease after it expired. Everything went smoothly until I start questioning my property manager about my deposit refund. I honestly believe I wouldn't have gotten ANY of it back had I not questioned her. Sue stated my bedroom would be painted when I moved in and it never got done. Cue to trying to get my deposit back and there's a $200 charge for painting the bedroom. Also charges for blinds that were broken upon my moving in. Charges for damage done to a SHARED stairwell. Also racked up doctor bills due to the amount of cigarette smoke that came up from the downstairs neighbors and with the mold throughout the apartment, which I contacted her about multiple times but was told to "take a towel and dry the walls to prevent mold from growing". Seriously?! I'm not one to complain about much of anything but this company is out to screw you over.

Very happy with my experience renting through this company. Sue was incredibly helpful from start to finish. If anything ever came up they fixed it within a day or 2 and were always so responsive. Highly recommend!
