One of the best property management experiences I've had. Ben was super responsive (would always respond within minutes during working hours), and was quick to send help whenever something required a handyman/plumber. I did not have to pay anything out of pocket due to pre-negotiated arrangements CMS had with service providers. The one time I did accidentally contact someone without going through CMS, they were quick to reimburse me. Perhaps the best part - they were very hands off and not micromanagey, and only intervened when absolutely necessary. I highly recommend working with them!

I lived in a unit managed by Ben and Rusty for 3 years and the only reason I left was to move in with my boyfriend.

Whenever we had an issue no mater how small they responded immediately and took care of it within 2 days. I felt they went the extra mile to make sure their tenants were safe and happy.

Ben and Rusty are friendly and nice and treat their tenants with respect. All of my neighbors in my building were great people I felt very safe there. I was sad to leave! This is the best property management team in San Diego hands down.

Since 2019 as a tenant under Ben&Rusty management at CMS for being so supportive and proactive on any issues i dealt with as a tenant. They where always available when needed and address any questions and concerns i had for repairs and rent when i was on company travel.
