We was hesitant about moving here from hearing things about the past. but I must say this this is the best decision we made. I absolutely love it out here. The office staff is wonderful and maintenance. Do a good job. We had a pipe to burst a few weeks ago, and the manager came out herself to make sure it was taken care of that day. It’s nice and quiet and a well care community. We have been here a year almost And don’t plan on going anywhere. thanks for giving us a chance Shann Patterson, and Family ❤️🫶🏽

I have been a Hagood resident for a year and so far everything has been good. Everyone I have talked to in the office is very nice and have been so understanding. Anytime I need maintenance they come out. Anytime I have questions I get the answers I need. I plan on staying for a while. My kids love it. Especially because we are by the train station so they get to see the trains all the time.

I have been living here at the Bradford Apartments for almost a year and I love it!!!!! It is very quite and safe! Management is AWESOME! Always sending texts and emails on updates.. And if u need maintenance they are here pronto!! And the pool is awesome I can't wait for it to open!

We have very understanding management and they communicate their issues with us respectively and in a well mannered tone . We need to be proud of our neighbors as well as every staff on the premises that make this a safe and comfortable place to live thank you very much for all y’all efforts .

This is a horrible company I lived here for a little over a year and a half and within that time it has been under 3 different property management groups. When it came time to move out I gave my 30 day notice in advance moved out accordingly and waited on my deposit which took over a month. Then when I called to check on it they sent me this detailed b.s. list of petty items so I went to the office and asked for pictures.She told me (McKenzie) that it cost them 5000.00 to paint the entire apartment but she only charged me 500.00 is the list of bogus and trumped up charges
(500.00)for paint
Kitchen and bathroom dirty (100.00)
Hauled off belongings left behind (150.00)
Prorated Nov.2023 (39.83) the appt probably not even 700 sq feet ain’t no way in hell you paid 5000.00 to paint it and the bathroom wasn’t dirty the tub was stained because it had been refinished with cheap paint and sealant, and the kitchen was in great condition I just forgot a bag of ice and 2 bottles of water but it was spotless but she still charged me 100.00 for that and then had the nerves to charge me for two chairs that were left behind the building that weren’t mine and after I left her office I drove by there and they were still there after charging me 150.00 dollars for that I wish I could post the pics this company and management especially ( McKenzie) are a fluke out to take your money and they all are known for not issuing people their full deposit back
