This Property owner is the worst Ive seen. The roaches never go away. The maintenance has begun nearly 6 months ago and halted leaving many tenants dangerously blocked from their patio areas. This apartment building should be bulldozed in my opinion. Yet the rent continues to go up. A 2 bd 1 ba roach infested apartment runs $1000/mo here!!!! Unbelievable!
