Clint has helped my husband and me both buy and sell our home. He is a joy to work with. I never got the feeling that we were rushed or that Clint didn’t have our best interest in mind in either process.

My husband has quite the sense of humor and I am the type to ask a million questions to make sure that I truly understand everything that is happening. Between us, Clint had a lot of personality to handle, and he did it with ease and a smile on his face.

Communication is something that is very important to my husband and me, as I’m sure it is to many. Clint kept us in the loop at every turn, listened to our needs, and was a true advocate.

We tried to get him to follow us to TN for any future needs that may arise, but he had bigger priorities in GA. I guess there’s no fault in that. Anyone in his area would be very fortunate to work with him.

Clint is always professional and courteous. He tried his best to show us properties that was in line with what we wanted. The market was not good and we didn’t find anything that we liked. He stood up for us on one situation where the other real estate agent was trying to drive the offer up just to get a better commission. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a house or land.

I was getting ready to sell my parents house & thought of Clint. With the house being in Tifton, I wasn’t sure if Clint could help because it wasn’t in Dougherty/Lee County. He assured me that he could. Boy did he!
Clint gave us pointers for staging & sprucing up the property, took beautiful pictures for the listing, & researched pricing & helped us set a price for the market area. He did his magic & got the word out to real estate companies & agents in the Tifton area. Clint was also very informative in helping with contract negotiations.
Clint is very personable & a great real estate agent! He helped to ensure the process of selling my childhood home was seamless.
