I started my first time home buying experience virtually with Claudia very anxious. This is a HUGE deal that I had never experienced before. Claudia was friendly and attentive and genuinely made me feel like I was her only client from miles away (I definitely wasn’t). Everything that I asked for, she handled and it always felt like she was excited to share in my experience. Beyond her people skills, she is very knowledgeable and responsive. I would give her more stars if I could. Despite all of the other stressors that exist in the home buying process, Claudia was always available to help ease my concerns and really made this journey enjoyable. Claudia Schmidt of Tierra Antiqua Realty helped us all the way through our whole process of searching for our home in Sierra Vista, AZ. She literally held our hands through the search, even referred us to a great Mortgage Company. She explains every step of the way and with her recommendations I believe she helped us seal the deal with her knowledge. We live in California, so she actually took care of all inspections and sent very thorough photos of each inspection. She even turned off the master toilet valve because it kept running. Since we are older, her and her whole team including Cross Country Mortgage and Pioneer Title Agency they all helped us so much since we are not very computer minded.
