I had a great experience visiting as a when I walked in I was greeted by a beautiful club house and very kind employees. The lovely girl who assisted me was Gaby. She was able to answer and address every concern as well as was very knowledgeable about the area. I highly recommend putting this on your list of apartments to tour if you’re looking to move in the Kennesaw area.

I had the pleasure of living at Clarinbridge Apartments for 3 years, and my experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I moved in, I noticed how clean and well-maintained the entire community was. The landscaping is always neatly trimmed, the common areas are spotless, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Thank you to Adam and Russell and other maintenance staff for always attending to maintenance request in a very timely manner. There was a summer where my AC went out and the next day they put a complete brand new AC unit in my apartment and they did not hesitate to make sure that it was handled. It’s clear that management takes great pride in keeping the property in top shape.

Safety was also a major factor in my positive experience. The community is well-lit at night, and I always felt comfortable walking around, even in the later hours when i’m going to the gym, which I must mention it’s a gym that has all of the equipment you were ever need in a gym. There’s a strong sense of security here, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay.

One of the standout aspects of Clarinbridge Apartments is the professionalism of the property management team. The property manager Olga was incredibly professional respectful, fair, and approachable. They treat all residents with kindness and ensure that any concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Before moving out Olga was kind enough to give me a tour of the brand new renovated townhomes, and I have to say if I do move back to Kennesaw, I would definitely want to live in one of their townhomes, the finishes have an ultra luxury feel. And feels like a house rather than an apartment.

The video of my unit is the day that I moved in. They gave the apartment to me well maintain and clean.

Overall, I highly recommend Clarinbridge Apartments to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and well-run community. Whether you’re a young professional, a family, or someone looking for a peaceful place to call home, this is a fantastic option. If I ever find myself needing a place in the area again, I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Do not rent here. Nice apartment and amenities. Moving out you will be extorted for as much money as they can. I was billed an unbelievable about of money for an apartment that I barely used. I travel for work and had a house in another state and only used this apartment for seeing my kids who lived in the area. I had no pets, and was not there about 75% of the time. I was billed $70 to clean the oven. Billed $290 for nail holes for pics, that I actually removed and filled with spackle. If you have an issue with you bill, you can not call and speak to someone about it. The website you pay on is a third party and you are billed $15 to pay online. The place is nice, but you cant speak to anyone on the phone if you have an issue and moving out they basically rob you. I would not live here again if given the choice. Its just a scam and they take every dollar they can from a person. It is definitely setup to never give you back your deposit. My apartment was super clean and basically move in ready and still got a ridiculous final bill. Stay away.

I love it here! I am thankful for the opportunity to share my experience.

I moved to Clarinbridge from an unsafe community. From start Jazmine at the front desk was an amazing angel she was informative, non judgmental and helpful from day 1.

The initial application process was stressful, however Jose Assistant property manager helped with the process. I have been living here since November 2024. Its is a beautiful peaceful community and I love the space in my apartment home most of all the fire place that burns real wood. =) My neighbors are so friendly. Some have introduced themselves and check on me from time to time as I moved to GA alone. Neighbors are very helpful and I love seeing all the beautiful animals we have in our community.

Minor maintenance request have been received, escalated and handled immediately to satisfaction.

From time to time the office has had contests that allow the opportunity to win money towards rent. That's an awesome perk.

I walk on the private walking trail with my lil furbaby and its so tranquil.

The gym is state of the art, and I am looking forward to the Pool this summer.

Thank you Clarinbridge staff! I looking forward to being here indefinitely; the location is essential, close to everything and the HWYS.

I have been living here for almost three years now. The application process was nice and easy as Jasmine was helping me get through it. Being from out of state and doing everything through email, I always had a fast response and all questions answered. Living here has been an amazing experience and getting to know the staff has made it even better. It is a well kept property, and love the community. Any maintenance issues I had, they were sure to send someone as soon as they could. Adam would always explain the process of what was going on if I had any questions in regards to maintenance.

Clarinbridge is an amazing complex to live at. Applying was super easy and smooth because of Jasmine. She helped me understand everything I needed and worked with me to ensure the proper things were in place. The gym is amazing and the other amenities are super nice. I have had nothing but a great experience here.

IF YOU COMPLETE AN APPLICATION AND GET APPROVED AND DECIDE NOT TO RENT FROM THEM THEY WILL TRY AND COLLECT ONE MONTHS RENT FOR CANCELING ALTHOUGH YOU NEVER SIGN A LEASE OR ANYTHING SAYING YOU WILL RENT!!!!!! THEY CLAIM ITS IN THE FINE PRINT OF THE APPLICATION!!!!! SCAM ARTIST!!! PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED PHOTO!

Since no good faith deposit was ever submitted or paid, the terms outlined in the application regarding lease obligations and cancellation fees do not apply!!!!!!!!!!

We called Jasmine on a recorded line(the call let them know it was being recorded) to inquire about this bogus charge and she got BIG mad. She sent us an email and threatened to file a harassment charge with Cobb county for recording a call! Recording a call is not a form of harassment nor is it not professional. It’s actually is very professional. All statements are being recorded for your protection. Thank God the RECORDED call shows no form of Harassment, intimidation or threatening tone or words!

Georgia law follows a one-party consent rule (O.C.G.A. § 16-11-62), which means that as long as one party to the conversation consents to the recording, it is legally permissible. Since I was on the call, there was no legal violation in recording it.

If they attempt to collect an invalid debt, you can file a complaint with:
• Consumer Financial Protection Bureau
• Georgia Attorney General’s Office
• Federal Trade Commission (FTC)

WE NEVER AGREED TO RENT(they cannot provide any written proof documentation that we signed showing we agreed to rent this unit) You have the right to apply anywhere. You have the right to choose where you want to live. An application is just an application!!! NO DEPOSIT WAS EVER PAID!!!! WE NEVER ENTERED INTO AN AGREEMENT!!!!! WE ONLY SUBMITTED AN APPLICATION!!!!

They are rude, disrespectful, condescending and a borderline bully. I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I would not even give it one star if I was given that option.

We moved out of Clarinbridge complex a few month ago and already missed it, especially their pool in summer. It was a nice experience from the day we applied with them to the end of our stay. Our home had a unique floorplan with a real fireplace. The maintenance guys and office girls were prompt and friendly. Seems like most of them live on premises with families and motivated to take good care of the complex. We liked that the office staff actually pick up the phone and always respond to text messages. The community director was very approachable and helpful. We addressed some concerns about our neighbors once and she took care of it fast. We cleaned the apartment well for the final inspection and received our deposit back.
