I have had the pleasure of renting from City Wide Property Management for over 2 decades. Vince has always been professional and kind to me. I have always had my repairs fixed in a timely manner. I've never waited days for anything to be fixed.Matter of fact, all my repairs were addressed the same day of calling. Thank you again Vince and City Wide Property Management for allowing me and my family to reside in one of your building locations. I would recommend.

This property management is a joke. They hardly maintain their properties. If you have a broke pipe I, Vince will tell you his plumber has gone out and fixed out only to find out it was a bold face lie. Steer as far away from these people as you can. It you own property DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VINCE OR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PLACE.

We just renewed our lease ! We look forward to renewing again! Vince and the citywide management have been really helpful. Especially last year during Covid, they were understanding on our finances and gave us the opportunity to move in . We are really grateful for it. Our home is a beautiful spot in OC. Anytime we need repairs city wide is on top of it! I would highly recommend CityWide Property Management to any home owner who is seeking a property management .

DO NOT LIVE IN AN APARTMENT MANAGED BY THIS COMPANY!!! This company is the worst! My kitchen sink backed up with a neighbors raw sewage and the after notifying them on Friday morning, I was informed that I will have to live with a kitchen sink full of sewage until Monday. Not only did they think it was ok for me to have a backed up kitchen sink of the neighbors sewage, they threatened that if I called a plumber on my own that I better not think about taking it off the rent. This is after I had already had the problem a week earlier and it went unresolved.
This is just one issue of many I have already had with this company who took over management of my building less than a month ago. Not to mention overhearing another neighbor screaming at them for an unrelated matter. STAY AWAY!! HORRIBLE!!!! HORIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!!

Tenant safety and satisfaction is our top priorities.
There are a several of "City wide's ", in Los Angeles,
which I believe the people with poor reviews, were confused .
We have never had a Beatrice working for us.

Terrible company! The people work there were extremely rude both on the phone and in the email. All they cared about was the application fee and the deposit. No one even bothered to schedule a viewing, they just left the door of the property open for anybody to enter. Definitely the worst experience with a leasing company ever.

I've rented from City Wide for five years now. The place was clean when I moved in, and I left with my full security deposit. They did their repairs on time and did not create a hassle for me.
