The idea of buying a house was really scary, but you guys treated us like family and always looked out for what was best for us. Thank you Lyndsi and Adrian for being extremely observative, and paying attention to every microscopic detail, you guys were very professional, punctual, knowledgable of every step of the process, you answered every question when when we were in doubt and you both were very attentive, courteous, and respectful to what we where looking for.

Worse ever the buyer agents were so rude , they were unprofessional, not responsive , thought they could do what they want, I had people getting my house ready for request of these buyers per agent the agent slammed the door of the people fixing the house , locked them out, was rude to them because the guys spoke only Spanish .
They had no respeect for my house they let the buyers kids climb on 5,000 couches they left pee and poo and toilet paper in the toilets left all my lights on inside . Glad the place is sold worse experience ever and I sell homes often ! And yes this is a real review for the Bakersfield location !!
Zero stars if possible but Google has more feelings than me !

Terrible experience, wasted several weeks dealing with these people. Very misleading. Took weeks to process. One agent not knowing what the other agent is doing or saying. Overall was a terrible experience.

Very nice people. Experience could have been better. I think they just give you the run around. I applied for an apartment and was the first application they received. I had my husband call and check in on it about 2 days in and they told him they were waiting on verification. I called later that same day and they told me they rented it already. I didn’t understand why they would tell him something different and I thought it was a first come first serve basis. Just know if rental or job takes a long time to verify your information they will not wait on you. My experience was disappointing and confusing for the most part but this company does have clean nice properties so it’s understandable that they go fast just wish communication was better and wish I could of had a better understanding on how the application process worked. I’d give it a 2 stars

The application for a rental home that I applied to said first come first serve. I was the first one to apply for the home. I applied for the rental last Friday. The employee who helped me was kind and respectful. Then, I received a phone call on Tuesday notifying me they were still working on my application. She told me I would be notified if I was approved or denied. Now it’s Friday and I never received a phone call back. I have been waiting all week. I had to find out online that the home was already rented out. This is unprofessional and disappointing. That is fine if I was denied but at least I would have had time to apply to another home before the week was over. There is only one percent rental homes available and every day counts. The least I expected was at least a email that we were denied since we paid to have the application processed.
