I have had issues with the trash collection over time. Mostly the bins not being completely emptied or leaving trash next to my bin, which was originally inside my can.

I called two times this week about my trash not being fully emptied from my bin as it was still half full. I was assured that the trash would be collected the next business day. I put my can at the curb Tuesday evening but was not picked up Wednesday. I call back Wednesday around 4 pm and was told they supposedly did not pick up my trash because it was not out there according to them. I was told they even took a picture, which I would love to see as they must have been a different house. I left my can out and they did not pick up on Thursday either. My trash can is now overflowing and still sitting at the curb because of all of this.

This is the 3rd time in recent weeks that I have still had trash in my bin remain after pick up. This is unacceptable, as I am paying full price for the service but only getting half of it performed.

We are a licensed business in the state of Georgia and have done hundreds of estate sales from South Georgia to North Georgia. We are an estate sale company that collects tax from the public and pays our state and city taxes. We were doing an estate sale in Loganville August 1 - 4 and we put up our road signs to advertise to the local community. The city code enforcement followed our employee to remove all signs, then we were told by him the policies for putting up signs and our employee went back and corrected any errors. Two things he said was get permission to put on someone's property and be 11 ft from the road. We did that gladly. The next morning signs were gone! We called then they said they told us not to leave them up over night and that is why they removed them? NOT TRUE. No one told us that and as a matter of fact, I being the owner of the company called and spoke to someone on the first day and he said they would not remove the signs. This affected our business, and the City of Loganville is a place we probably would never come back to. We will not even want to personally shop in the town due to this problem. The signs we were told when we called, were all TRASHED! We could not get any of our signs back! Horrible City government to deal with!

It’s 2024 and I’m my opinion the city of Loganville still has not caught up with current electronic communication. With the power of our hand held devices, we should have alerts to everything we are connected to. I have no Issues, that I experience with the city of Loganville with any other surrounding town Including Atlanta! It seems to be counterproductive when working with the city of Loganville when they have to circle back several times on simple things.

Terrible people and trash man!!! They deliberately removed trash out of the bags and took a picture to prove that I just throw my trash in the bin w/o bagging them. I don’t trust these new trash individuals!!! They are all liars, from upper management to lower level employees! I’ve been in this neighborhood for over 14 yrs. These past few years has been terrible!! We need a change, desperately!!

i have zero electricity at my home ; i call in very politely asking if construction was going on nearby & i gave the operator my address & she responded okay & disconnected the call. i called back immediately & she then told me she only heard dead air & that’s why she hung up on me .. if this were true - she wouldn’t of heard my address that she stated back to me & had a complete attitude. i have never had any issues w/ the city of loganville until today.

Horrible customer service and trash man. Took stuff out the bin and left it on the ground. Called to complain so they can come pick it up and they just came and took one of the things and left everything else even though it was all inside the bin. Absolutely the worst trash man and one of the worst customer service I ever had to deal with.

I have had issues with trash pick up in the past and this Sunday night I like always put out my trash and recycling at the road and today I had to take my recycling bin with the contents still inside, cardboard boxes and water jugs ! I called to find out why this happened and was told she doesn't know why and I wanted my bill prorated and was told that they want do that. So for loganville services you pay for what have to pay for what you don't get! That's why loganville only gets a 1.8 star in all. Have a nice day!
