After being a customer for 21 years Tracy fired me for asking too many questions about a 5 month $11,000 repair. I know I was a pest but I didn't understand some things, still don't.

I personally wouldn’t recommend Citiwide. My mom has had an unpleasant experience with Traci. Traci has been very rude to her and argued with her like a child. My mom paid all she owed and Traci just kept saying she owed more and more. It hasn’t ended. If you can find somewhere else to rent from, I’d do it.

citi-wide is great! they have super friendly staff and got me in the perfect place. They worked with me on the terms of my lease and everything else I needed. I communicated my issues with them when they arose and they were happy to help me and resolve them. Their maintenance team was great and the girls in the office were very helpful. I would highly reccomend

Has anyone had issues with CitiWide saying u didn’t pay rent and u did? Then serving u with a notice. I dropped it off in their box and they are saying it wasn’t dropped off. Said they were gonna check the cameras and then still served me a notice. It doesn’t make any sense.

Personally do not recommend renting from citiwide. We moved into our rental this fall and were absolutely appalled with what we found. It took us 4 hours to clean the place before we were able to move our stuff in. Dead insects, dirty underwear, dirt, backyard FULL of trash, brown stains in the upstairs bathroom vanity with toilet paper attached, and previous tenants belongings. Posters left on walls, things still in closets. Shattered light bulb in driveway and in garage, and lots of stuff in garage. After contacting, we were told they fired the cleaning lady, but obviously no walk through was done or anything to make sure the house was in good condition. We signed a lease with 4 people, and one of the reasons we chose this property over others was because of the two bathrooms, come to find out one doesn't work, (we were just told the jets didnt work). When we filled out a form for the tub not draining, it wasn't super urgent, until we found smelly water all over the basement, we were then concerned there was a leak. Two months ago I was told a plumber came (none of us were home) and I was told I would be receiving a call from Woetink plumbing. It has been two months, and I never received a call. Ive reached out multiple times and finally got a text back stating they had bigger problems than a non draining bathtub when there is a perfectly good one upstairs. They deleted the maintenance request in the app. They are pretty hard to get ahold of, but quick to message when rent isnt in on time, even though my portion has been paid. I wouldn't recommend. The only reason they have 2 stars is because they were accommodating to my ESA which I appreciated. I don't think its a horrible place but the maintenance and turn over cleaning is severely lacking.
