Aside from the great compliance of working with me regarding making late payments on rent due to work related circumstances. The 3 years of being a tenant, first moving in there was no walk through just a placed in the last building. Upon looking around the apartment after moving in there were some minor things like the dishwasher not working/leaking, mold on the bathroom ceiling, cracked trims around the baseboards, and rust on the refrigerator door handle which soon came to break off after a couple of months. The most timely fix was the dish washer which still took about two tries, but with the refrigerator a work order was started and someone came to finish removing the handle but never replaced it. It is still yet to be replaced. The mold on the bathroom ceiling I had to contain myself by purchasing a mold/mildew removal spray. While on 3 different occasions there has been leaks due to some connection issue with the upstairs resident water lines that has yet to be properly fixed within my 3 years of being a tenant. It took weeks to finally get the ceiling done, and now the issue has resurfaced and split the patch job that was done. There have been two occasions were a rock was lodged into a window causing for replacement due to the lawn service. Lastly it seems to be no end to the pest infestation no matter if I was on the pest control list or not. I do not see it in any ethical business standpoint after receiving every payment, to have to fill out a transfer request and be assessed to be relocated. With short comings on common regulations and constant neglect to basic tenant complaints, the only positive factor out of my experience is the leniency when it came to letting me get settled with a new job and continue to pay rent.

Hunters Ridge Apartments are below livable. They don't inspect their property as they should and they take too long to fix property issues. As far as the A/C unit goes, that should've been inspected before move in. The filter should have been replaced months ago. The temporary A/C fix they gave us didn't even fit in our window. Our washer and dryer unit have been out since we've been here for 2 months. I reported a clogged sink and it was never attended to and I eventually fixed it myself after 3 weeks. It's also minor fixes that should've been done to begin with. Broken drawers, knobs, and doors. We have pest infestation as well. So this property cannot say we did not report these things. They were all reported in a timely manner. We still can't wash our clothes here either.

Ricki was the best, I filled out my application on Friday, approved on Tuesday and moved in the next Wednesday. My apartment is perfect and so was the service.

Please do not be fooled or move to one of these properties. They do NOT care about their tenants. They will treat you like a pest and refuse to resolve any issues you have. terrible
