Christopher Molander Of Coldwell Banker in Green Valley, AZ first caught my attention via his informative YouTube videos about Green Valley. When I came from FL with the intention of purchasing a home in Green Valley, I met with him ON A SUNDAY WITH ZERO NOTICE to look at a potential property. From the onset of our business relationship, I received white glove treatment from Christopher. He is extremely knowledgeable about Green Valley and Sahaurita properties. He lined up quotes and contractors so I could make an informed purchase decision, and even offered to obtain mailbox keys for me at his expense. All paperwork was done quickly and thoroughly with detailed explanations. Communication was perfect throughout our entire transaction. Christopher provided excellent insight regarding the current market. We were debating between resale homes and new builds in the much-desired Rancho Sahuarita community. He showed us all the homes available, which was very kind of him to do! He went out of his way and it was such a smooth process. We decided to buy a new build. I highly recommend Christopher for helping anyone who wants to consider buying a new build in Rancho Sahuarita. There are more than 5 companies that build in this community and it was so awesome to have a realtor who represented us well! Also, not all Realtors are well-versed in this arena of new builds.
