From start to finish, ChrisMill Homes has been an amazing builder to work with. We decided to build a smaller vacation home on our property and went with their “Charly” model, which we absolutely love. Their pricing was by FAR the most reasonable out there. The superstars we worked with were DiAnna, Tony and Ronnie who all went above and beyond. DiAnna was the face of the company and worked with us from initially requesting information, signing the contract, picking out fixtures and colors, helping us make some custom changes with Ronnie, to the very end of closing. Tony was the superintendent working with Ronnie who made it all happen and right on time. He has a great eye for detail. He made sure everything was done correctly and looked amazing. I certainly would want the exact same team again for another build. Many people we know say they would never build again after doing it for the first time. This was our first new home build and would build every house with them. We will definitely recommend them to anyone we know looking to build in the Northern Florida, Georgia, and surrounding areas. We highly recommend ChrisMill Homes of Florida for your custom home build. First, let me say that I am not easily impressed; then I met the team of ChrisMill Homes of Florida. My husband and I are career military, and throughout our 20+ year careers we have owned six homes consisting of three resales and three new construction. When we decided to relocate to the rural outskirts of the city of Madison, Florida we met with several home builders. ChrisMill Homes of Florida stood out during our first meeting due to their projection of professionalism, expertise, and integrity. These traits presented themselves throughout our entire home building process, making it exciting and enjoyable. There were items that we asked for that were not standard at the time of our build and ChrisMill Homes of Florida went above and beyond to ensure that we got everything we wanted. Specifically, we asked for dedicated circuits for a garage located deep freezer and compressor, electrical panel with dedicated transfer switch and exterior plug for portable generator, dedicated circuits and switch control for outlets in the eaves for Christmas décor, a pot filler and instant hot water dispenser, trayed/vaulted dining room for wood beams and a foyer wood tray ceiling. From the signing of the contract, drawing up and approval of plans, design selections, breaking of ground, to construction and turnover of keys, Diana, Ronnie and Ernie were instrumental in ensuring a smooth and pleasurable process from start to finish. If you want a builder who will not be satisfied unless you are completely satisfied and who will work hard for you, call ChrisMill Homes of Florida today. We love our home!!

The extra star is only because our home did survive 2 major hurricanes. Besides that, our home has had nothing but problems. Cracking drywall tape seams on the ceiling, broken and peeling floor, cracked shower floor, cracked bath tub, peeling paint on the windows that was supposed to be fixed and wasn't, kitchen sink was installed wrong and it started to literally fall off the counter top, all of the towels bars and toilet paper roll holders have come off. Most of these things all happened in the first year.

I had the pleasure of working with ChrisMill Homes of Florida recently. The staff was and is a joy to work alongside with. They are very knowledgeable and understanding. They made every attempt possible to ensure I received exactly what wanted and made sure I stayed within my price range. DiAnna always made herself available and never complained, she went over and beyond with assisting me, making sure I received the best quality of work. From our initial sit down consultation with Ernie and Kirsten through all phases of construction and working with DiAnna, Harry and the rest of the Chris Mill team we couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. Since this was our first experience with complete home construction, we really had no basis for comparison. However, when we conveyed our progress to friends, we were told how we should count our blessings and count them we did. I would recommend this team of professionals to anyone looking to build anything from a starter home to their forever home.

ChrisMill Homes of Florida has a hardworking team, they work relentlessly to satisfy their customers and help give everyone the home they deserve. Everyone here is so kind and helpful. They have their own little work family and they welcome every one of their costumers into it.
