We use Chris and his team for all of our personal and business insurance needs. They are always just a call away if we need anything. Not to mention, he is truly a part of the community. We frequently bump into Chris at local shops or restaurants and he doesn't hesitate to say Hi and even answer our insurance questions on the spot.

Chris and his crew are always professional, polite, and effective. I've called a few times over the years and always got answers or whatever I needed quickly. And they were friendly about it.
When Hurricane Helene ate two of our vehicles, I thought we were pooched. Chris's office is practically next door. I knew they had no power or internet same as the rest of us. I still tried to call. I got redirected to the national storm team line. In under 5 minutes I was talking to a person. A calm, organized person with solutions. We had rental cars by dinnertime the same day. No one had power. We couldn't get gas. We couldn't contact everyone we needed to check on. But Chris and State Farm got us two cars. In 12 hours.
We bought two more cars. Chris himself and Debbie (and Lord only knows what other amazing people were behind the scenes) worked with us and the dealership to get us back on the road fast and without hesitation, excuse or fuss.
If you're thinking this sounds too good to be real, let me assure you this is the primary reason I am writing this.
Chris and Debbie and everyone at Chris Callahan State Farm are the real deal.

I had been a customer with this Branch for over 3 years and I've NEVER had not a single issue with my bill. Not once have I seen my bill go up it's been thr same price every month no surprises.
The employees are ALWAYS ready, willing and courteous at every interaction I've had.
Shannon has helped me get exactly what I needed and they've NEVER tried to sell me something I didn't need or within my budget.
If I could give them 20 ⭐ I would but 5 is the highest you can go. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. Btw I not only having my car insured there I've got a bundle with car and renters insurance never a spike in my bill. Definitely a TRUSTED business.
I hear others talk about other branches but I've never heard one bad one from Chris Callahan Branch. Wonderful people!

I enjoyed working with Chris Callahan- State Farm Insurance and especially Debbie Rigsby. I was able to update a mortgagee clause on the insurance policy with ease and great communication. Debbie got everything updated and confirmed to me that it was done. I didn't have to worry if it had been done correctly or even completed at all because she was great at communicating with me.
