Extremely rude staff. Called a couple times to reach out regarding an apartment and the woman on the other line spoke with such an attitude to the point that I wasn’t interested anymore. If she was on the line with someone else it should ring as if it were busy. I guess I’m supposed to magically know that she’s on the phone.

I love this complex,my mom and I lived here and its quite comfortable. Closets are huge, the 2 bedroom is spacious! In my opinion they're a bit overpriced and the need cameras in the foyer.When its holiday time, packages that are dropped off, others come in and steal them or open the boxes and take the item out!! The landlord could care less though and it's a place where the rent goes up consistently

Perspective tenants beware!!! Management can’t follow they’re own application process, signed a document that was clean cut and clear and they went against it. They can only hold a deposit for 7 days before the document becomes null in void. They in the end will keep it no matter what. Unfortunately going to have to jump through hoops to get my deposit back. Avoid this property at all costs!

My mother lives there and I saw other apartments in there and is nice to have a little variety of setups to choose if available and I love my moms, very spacious, lots of closet space and maintenance is kept up very well. Management is very nice and helpful. I would recommend anyone to live there.

This is an amazing place to live! My husband George and I moved in several years ago and I just wanted to let you know how happy we are and how much we enjoy living here.
You offer, by far, the best living arrangements than anyone I have come across. Not many landlords allow pets-nor do they offer such clean, safe, and well-maintained apartment complex, I would recommend you (and have).
You should know what and amazing staff you have. It is a pleasure to talk with Amy, who I might add has and incredible warm personality and always eager to help and does! readily addresses concerns and questions. She works very hard in bringing our community together too! and you can see she truly enjoys working for Chateau Properties. And then there is the maintenance staff; Anthony who I know when I answer the door all will be taken care of, and Tom who I've only talked with on the phone but sets everything in motion and deals with any issues that were brought to his attention were addressed in a timely and courteous manner as well as the rest of your maintenance staff. All very thoughtful and caring people.

This is the worst property that you can ever think of. The management is worst and will never help you in anyways. Glen is the one who will talk rudely and behave inappropriately. We all know laws and the legal obligations. It’s the matter of tenant and the management who can talk and give a better solution which will help both sides. But here you will never ever get it. Just be sure to never stay here and think about something better for yourself. I really got the worst experience staying here in terms of threatening and then no help provided by the management.

Very nice apparentlments
However, I took apartement in a hurry and they were stains on carpet. After sending the cleaner didn't come off and was told we will not replace the carpet for you it looks ugly!
