The safety of the HOA residents is a minor concern. As of 8/2023 - we no longer use Chastine Property Management.

If I could give them a negative star I would, the only reason I gave the one star is because it will not allow you to post without it. . I have never encounter a problem with Kitty just have heard the horrid stories about her until today. She is rude and Nikki who answers the phone is also rude. How can you tell me that you can not explain to me why an invoice was sent out to me incorrectly dated, but she did tell me very rudely that we better pay it or she will do what she has to do. I sure hope our subdivision seek other property management opportunities unlike the unprofessional rude one that we have now. If there is anyone seeking property management please steer clear of Chastine Property Management unless you don't care about the residents of the property.

Horrible customer service, clueless management, and a waste of money.
To this day I have never received an email from this “management company” and have been in my development for almost a year. They are NEVER informative on anything pertaining to my development. Someone was painting on the outside of my home. To my surprise without any notice, they were lucky I didn’t shoot them! Called the company to explain what a management company “is paid” to do. (Basically keep residents in the loop) The lady didn’t even get the point of informing residents and said they didn’t let anyone know! Wow! One way to have serious issues! I live in a “gated community” which never works and have been told it would be at least $50,000 and up to fix the gates. From experience with motors and gates this is by far the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Cannot believe these people. My husband and I were on vacation for a week, got home to find out our flowers happened to die while we were gone - And we were left with a $100 fine for dead flowers on our porch. Another fine because someone thought our dog was loose running around the complex - we have a Pomeranian, that was a poodle. Not our dog. Another fine and threat to tow for an expiring tag on one of our cars. Another fine for a sports team themed wreath hanging on our door. (?) OH AND I came home to find a man from the Chastine Property Management peeking through the blinds in my bedroom to see if we were home. Enough is enough!
Update: just received 3 frantic rings of our doorbell at 10:30 at night. Answered the door....whoever was there dashed off but left a note stating that we can't use a grill. We haven't grilled in months. Unbelievable.

Bill that I spoke with on the phone was less than helpful. I accidentally overpaid our HOA dues and I haven’t received a refund check. After being promised twice I would receive the check I still have not! I would warn any HOA looking for a property management company to look for a different one!

Thank you! Our PO Boxes were mixed, and I appreciate the time you took to ensure that the donation made it to us. These donations are so important to what we are doing. And the people who donate are too. So when a check goes missing, it's nice to know that there are people who will do the the right thing.

I called the management office and spoke to a Mr Mcall about a concern. He is extremely rude , unprofessional and told me he was hanging up on me.

I will contact the BBB and city code inspector for help .

Kitty Chastine talks the talk, but fails to walk the walk. All the realtors at her previous place of business would not sent her any business after they found out what this company really was - a joke. Do your research. Many other companies in the area with a better reputation and track record. I failed to ask the right questions and got what I deserved. Please do not make the same mistake as I did using Chastine Property Management.
