We met Jim Wire as he had the first listing we wanted to see, what were weren’t expecting was his attention to details and focusing on what our must have list was. He worked with for several days before we had to leave but he assured us he understood what we both wanted and would keep looking for it for us. We made it home on Saturday and the following day we received an email and phone call about the house that fit all our needs. It had just fallen out of escrow as the buyers needed a guaranteed approval from TRPA for the adjoining lot also listed by the same seller. They didn’t realize the time and process involved and had to purchase a lot that had coverage guaranteed. So it was our lucky day that Jim was our agent. I drove back the very next day and wrote the offer without my husband seeing it in person. There were multiple offers but Jim did the best job on our offer and was in touch with the listing agent at all times. Our offer was accepted and within two weeks it was ours. Jim Wire is a Saint! As a Real Estate professional who excels at client care I know exactly what I am looking for when I am looking for the best of the best. When it came time to refer my Mother to someone I knew I was giving someone a VERY challenging task! This task being so challenging I did not even take a referral fee.
Jim bent over backwards for a woman who demands a lot out of people. My Mom did not live in the Lake Tahoe area. She had a limited budget. She had a vision of a log cabin that she had wanted almost her whole life. Jim searched high and low. He would take pictures and videos, he would do research, run comps every single time my Mom asked him too. Not only did he find her the log cabin she always wanted, he made her happy! Believe me when I say that is NOT easy! If you want someone that will go to every length to achieve your goals, have patience, and leave you feeling overjoyed? Then Jim is YOUR GUY!

I cannot say enough good things on how Jim worked with my wife and I on purchasing our vacation cabin in South Lake Tahoe. We told him what we were looking for and what our plans were. He never pressured or tried pushing homes over our budget and was very knowledgeable on the market and the trends of inventory of homes. He showed us multiple homes over a lengthy time and was always available to show us homes on our schedule as we did not live in the area. Once we found our home he went the extra mile on helping with the closing; meeting with the different inspectors since we were not local and couldn’t always be available.
