Im dealing with Roxanna on a property she is the property manager. It hasn't been great. I rented a 2 br and she won't provide me a second key. The place was filthy when I moved in after agreeing that it would be cleaned. after the lease was signed I was ordered to pay a move in fee to rent the elevator although I still had to share the elevator with everyone. I'm obviously not happy about it and I have voiced this, she has threatened to "terminate the lease". where's the customer service gone to these days? last person/ company I would use to purchase a new home. Oh they let me move in on the 31st which she threw in my face(the place was empty).
