The worst I wish I never invested with them!
Now before I can look at my account they force you to sign off any responsibility. I'm going to attempt to sue in small claims court Charles Swabb to recover at least part of the losses from the app that wasn't working the day I purchased stock and they refused to take responsibility to correct it right after it happened! Now they're trying to force you to sign a release before you can use the app because they know that their stuff does not work correctly and they don't tell you that when you join on with them to give you heads up. Now you have to sign off to use their app. So now I have to call in to know things until after the lawsuit.

The app typically doesn't work during heavy volume trading hours and it seems every time it happens and comes back online, things are lower than the moment the app started working. Great customer service and employees. App is nice but that is an issue I've had multiple times which can account to a large loss during market corrections
