DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT do any business with Bing Li. She is the most dishonest realtor I have ever come into contact with, and that’s a lot to say as I work in the real estate industry. I rented a property with her and quickly realized she will do any and everything to keep your money, and comes off very rude and disrespectful when you confront her about it. She has had multiple complaints by numerous amounts of people , and will never be someone I respect or do business with again. Chapman Hall Realtors should really take a look into the distasteful practices she is doing under their brokerage name. I have also filed a complaint with the Georgia Realtor Ethics board as she needs to be investigated.

Went to view 1206 Hammond Dr. and was stood up by the realtor. Waited for 20 min. Tried calling and texted with no response. Very disappointed

Not honest people. They listed an upcoming new build with $10K in closing costs with their preferred lender. Took their lender 4 days to get a preapproval. Red flag #1. New build will not be exactly like the model home they had me see. Red flag #2. Then, once expressing interest and having my realtor draft the contract, they then state the home is a construction to perm loan only. 3 red flags. Loved the model though, not the integrity of this realtor and I’m sure I would’ve ran into more problems had we gone under contract.

Crysenthia was a pleasure to work with and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. From our first conversation until the day of closing she was very involved and did an amazing job listing and ultimately selling my rental home. Everything she suggested added value to my home and once listed we had 14 offers the first day! Her knowledge and professionalism stands out and she is not one of those realtors that is just in it for the money. Of course the goal is to help clients buy and sell homes, but she provides a genuine approach when going through the process from start to closing! I would highly recommend her as your Realtor.
