As a first time home buyer, buying a home can be scary. But not with Chani. She is there every step of the way, she explained everything in a way that I would understand, and she didn't qualify me for "the most I can get" but what I could "actually afford" because let's be real. A lot of lenders will qualify you for more than what you probably can afford, and then you're having payment problems down the road. Not with Chani. Not only that, but she doesn't try to close on a loan to make money, her passion is to get people into the home they love and: "educating people about financial literacy and real estate investing. Her goal is to teach others how to become financially free and live debt free.”
