Neighbors beware when property rented by her. She is a slum lord. She rented a house on Putnam Ct. the renter sublet the house to multiple tenants. Multiple cars parking everywhere inconvenient for home owners on the court. He would rev up a 4x4 almost every night rattling windows. Repaired cars on the street and the driveway. Many domestic violence calls for the police. Called her many times to report her hats going on but she chose to ignore it. The house is for rent again. This time I’ll just call the police when there’s issues and give them her number.
