I would highly recommend Chandler for anyone looking to sell their home in Mobile, AL! I didn't have the best experience with realtors in the past. So when I was looking for someone to help me sell my home I made sure to do a lot of research before picking an agent. I ended picking Chandler because I had multiple people recommend him and when I met him for the first time in person he came prepared with with a booklet of information on my home and neighborhood and demonstrated a strong understanding of the Mobile, AL real estate market.

Throughout the entire process of selling our home, Chandler was always professional and very responsive to any questions that I had no matter if it was on a weekend or late at night. This was my first time selling a home and his advice and expertise was incredibly helpful. Because of his advice and help during the contract negotiations, I ended up selling my home for more than I was expecting! He is also really great at marketing your home. I often had mutliple showings on my home everyday and I received offers on my home fairly quick. I had a great experience selling my home with Chandler and would definitely use his services again!

We planned on moving to Baldwin County, AL. We were first-time homebuyers who decided to use Chandler through a personal connection, and we are so happy that we did. Again, we were first time homebuyers, and I cannot imagine us picking a better realtor.
