We have been meaning to write a review about Chad since he sold our childhood home and land. It's taken me this long to recover from even selling the place as you deal with so many emotions when doing so. If we could give 100 stars for Chad we would. My sister and I not only found the best realtor in our county but the State of Georgia and beyond.
We also gained a lifelong friend and adopted family member! From the very beginning of meeting Chad - we knew he was a God send! He is the most personable, professional, smart, talented, knowledgeable, creative, jack of all trades man and did we forget to say intelligent and at the top of his game? He coaches and plays the game - and wins. Chad cares about you more than he cares about what is in it for him and that is a VERY rare character trait. Chad protects you. He ends up being part of your family. We cannot thank Chad enough for thinking outside of the box and working extremely hard for us. There is no place he cannot move. I could continue to write about so much but I will just add that he feels exactly what you are feeling - not just understands how you feel but "gets it and feels it too"! He listens and acts accordingly. If you are thinking about selling your place, purchasing a place, need answers, have a sports question, music question... Chad knows!
