Shelly has been a very consistent and responsive realtor. We were very comfortable with her and she walked us through many steps. Shelly was very patient with us and spent time discussing the selling process and since we have never sold a house, she was explaining what we could anticipate. It was wonderful to have her spend time helping us to feel comfortable and getting our house ready for sale. Shelly really took the stress and we are so glad we met her. With her ideas and suggestions with timing, she was able to get the photographer lined up, photos posted, along with the description of the house, and sold our home rather quickly. Shelly was very thorough with her documentation and we felt so confident in her real estate business practices.

Shelly was wonderful to work with. We first talked to her in the summer when we were getting ready to paint the house inside and out. She and Christian made very helpful suggestions. Shelly helped us pick the current color scheme that would work for our house.

She kept in touch all along the process with great suggestions. She earned every penny of her commission!

Our house sold in four days with 4 of 5 offers over asking price. This was in spring 2023 when the market was much softer than the previous summer.

Ordinarily, I don't write reviews, but Shelly's knowledge and resourcefulness call for an exception.

I contacted her to sell my home, met her an hour later, and she did an inspection of my condo. Thereafter, she did an in-depth market analysis to help me determine the selling price and hired a professional photographer. After the listing was published, in just six days I had multiple offers -- even one over my asking price.

Being a bit of a "Nervous Nellie," I had some questions and concerns along the way, and Shelly was able to address all of them to my satisfaction and knew exactly what to do at every step of the process. I will be forever grateful for her service.
