I have had the best experience renting from Alison Daniels! And thanks to her being so knowledgeable, we are in the process of purchasing our first home! Alison daniels is such a wonderful agent. If I have any issues with my rental she gets them fixed immediately. I have never had to wait more than 24 hours for her help. I've never had a good experience with century 21 the first home I rented from them in cedar ridge was falling apart. Not only that but there were constant break ins and the property manager wouldn't do anything about the damage. My girlfriend is now renting from them and is having more issues with the property manager and her house is constantly having issues after no use or minor use of things. I've had to go fix them for her because they refuse to and she doesn't want to lose her security deposit. Not only that the manager has been very rude to her over the phone and accused her of breaking her terms of the least often with no reason for it. I would not recommend ever renting from these people from experience.
