I hope people who list their property for sale with this company read these reviews first.
They do not have an email listed so you are forced to make inquiries on their internal server and thus you do not have a record of the inquiry.
They do not return calls, I have made several attempts to obtain information on a property they have listed without a call back in over a week.
Very unprofessional and unethical.
It would not surprise me if they keep properties on the market for an extended period so the seller has to drop their price because they have their own buyers ready!
Why else would a listing agent not return several calls over a week?

If I could no stars I would. Marie Russell was HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE to deal with. She was not our agent, thank god. She was the sellers agent. Marie had absolutely no clue what was going on. Every single question we ever asked her famous answer was always “oh I don’t know” I mean seriously. What kind of an agent has no clue about a listing she’s representing. To top it all off the night of our walk through she got everyone so upset that my mother and daughter were in tears. She then told us to get out of the home that we were closing on the following day after she accused me of attacking her. She is not qualified in my opinion as an agent. She has terrible communication skills. I did want our experience with her to go unknown. Unprofessional, unacceptable, unqualified!!!
