When we decided to sell our property in Tuolumne County, we chose Century 21 Sierra Properties Sonora for two reasons. The primary reason was that we have known Trevor Mills for a number of years and were aware that he had just recently obtained his license as a realtor. The sale we were proposing was straight forward and we wanted to give Trevor the opportunity to put his license to work and build his confidence in practicing his new skills. Our knowledge of Trevor and his history gave us every reason to believe that this young man would excel at whatever he puts his mind and his endearing personality into - he did not disappoint. Trevor has a unique optimism and positive outlook, he enjoys challenges, and he knows what it means to persevere and to overcome. He was up to the task in every way and we felt very comfortable with him managing our transaction. Having just completed another real estate transaction in another county with a very capable and experienced agent, we would never have known this was Trevor's first deal, he was so at ease and comfortable throughout the process and so communicative with us and the buyer.
