In 5 hours have been contracted by 5 agents after I told the one I spoke to I was no longer interested. They don't check communications, it had gotten to a point of harassment.
I consider this unprofessional and completely incompetent what agents are doing in that office.
Stay away, talking in circles to people who just don't understand the meaning of you are no longer interested.If this continued
I will give my emails, texts , and phone conversations to my realtor agent and his attorney. I will not be abused like this.

If I could give this brokerage 0 stars I would - but you have to give at least 1to leave a review. My agent did not perform his due diligence, he was careless with documents, his professionalism is severely lacking. My property was poorly represented while in Matthew Mandeville’s hands. My agent did not attend open houses with me or even private showings, nor did he have one of his co-agents accompany me. When Lynn called to do a customer satisfaction survey she was quite appalled at the issues brought to her attention yet the broker nor Matthew did anything to reconcile this disaster.
