I had a deeply disappointing experience with "Christi M. Patterson Aranzazu" as the real estate agent during an open house I attended. I’m giving this review one star because of her unprofessional demeanor and lack of courtesy towards us as potential buyers.

When we arrived at the open house, Christi didn’t even acknowledge our presence. She was engaged in conversation with an older couple, who appeared well-off, and she seemed completely uninterested in speaking with us. When we did try to ask her a question about the property, she responded with an annoyed tone, giving us short answers as though we were bothering her. Her attitude was dismissive, and it was obvious she assumed we weren’t serious buyers—an assumption she had no right to make.

I was looking for a bigger home for my parents, who are farmers and have cash ready to purchase. Yet, Christi seemed to focus all of her attention on the other couple, even though there was no clear indication they were ready to make an offer. It felt like she was more concerned with her own personal gain rather than doing her job, which, at its core, is to assist buyers and answer questions about the property.

As someone who was genuinely interested in finding the right home for my family, this agent’s behavior was not only unprofessional but downright rude. She failed to provide the necessary information about the house, which is what an open house is all about. It was clear that Christi either lacked experience or didn’t care to help potential buyers properly.

I highly recommend that Century 21 provide additional training to agents like Christi, especially when it comes to basic customer service, communication, and professionalism. This experience was a huge letdown and left me questioning whether this agency truly values all potential buyers.

I will not be considering any properties represented by Christi and advise others to be cautious when dealing with her.

Don't do it. These agents are scandalous. They made promises up front and when it came time to close lied about it. Also needed a few more days to move out. Buyers was good with it but the agents prevented an extension. They didn't want to delay there commissions. Had less then a week to move out. They couldn't give any notice of the buyers loan approval. Moving out is hard and sensitive it requires flexibility. Provided little to no communication along the way. These agents ran us out.

She is an amazing realtor she did above & beyond for us & had our best interest at heart I felt like I could trust her & she didn’t treat us like it’s just her job to sell us a house she made it as comfortable as possible & pushed us to not settle for just any home. Thinking about our real estate experience, I cringe at how terrible it was. Luz Scott was our realtor and I would not recommend her. She is very unprofessional and inexperienced. She does this part time and is not up-to-date on the rules and regulations of the real estate industry. Do your research before you hire a realtor.
